• Record your screen, or no refund. You must record your screen continuously from the moment you click "checkout" until the first time you log in to a purchased account — with no edits and no gaps. If you don't, you are not eligible for any refund or replacement.
• Secure it fast. You must secure the account within 24 hours of purchase. The 48-hour warranty begins once the account is secured. Accounts left unsecured may be taken back or reassigned.
• Use approved proxies for ban claims. Security-ban refunds require an approved proxy: Webshare's static residential proxies, or LiquidProxy's Residential Proxy plan (accepted for Minecraft 1.21+). Bad connections are on you.
• Where you buy decides which refund rules apply. Goods and services from Sellers bought off mfa.cheap — in the Discord server or on netherportal3.com/shop — are governed by these Terms, and the Section 8.3 refund policy does not apply (those sales are Seller-discretion only). Purchases made on mfa.cheap get the full Section 8.3 refund and replacement coverage.
• These Terms are enforced. They are binding. Failing the recording or securing requirements voids refund eligibility, and accounts that don't meet program requirements can be pulled.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the mfa.cheap website and related services (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

If you use the Site on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Site, unless you have the verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may use the Site only with the express permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. The parent or legal guardian assumes full responsibility for the minor's use of the Site, including all financial obligations and compliance with these Terms.

You (or your parent or legal guardian, if applicable) must be legally permitted to buy or use the digital accounts or items offered through the Site.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Site complies with all applicable laws and regulations, along with any terms of service of third party platforms or games. Where parental consent is required by law for minors to engage in transactions of this nature, the parent or legal guardian is responsible for ensuring such consent is properly given.

3. Description of the Service

The Site functions as an online storefront where netherMFAs lists and sells its own inventory of digital accounts and related digital items. This inventory may be acquired through internal tools such as the netherMFAs autosell bot and other lawful acquisition methods, but users do not list or sell their own accounts directly on the Site.

The Site does not control the operation of external platforms or games and does not guarantee that those platforms will recognize, allow, or support any transaction carried out through the Site.

4. User Accounts and Security

You may need to create an account on the Site or authenticate through third party services to use certain features.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials.
• Restricting access to your devices.
• All activities that occur under your account.

You must notify netherMFAs promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or any security issue.

5. Nature of Digital Items and Ownership

All digital accounts or items sold on the Site are offered by netherMFAs from its own inventory.

By purchasing any account or digital item, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your use of the account or item remains subject to the terms and rules of the relevant game, platform, or service.
• Those platforms may change features, revoke access, or terminate accounts for any reason consistent with their own policies.
• Accounts may require up to 48 hours following the Time of Securing before they are considered fully secure. During this period, you are strongly advised not to transfer any items, currency, or progress onto the account. netherMFAs assumes no liability for any loss resulting from actions taken on the account after the point of sale, and you accept full responsibility for managing any associated risks.

netherMFAs represents that it has the rights necessary to transfer use of the accounts or items it lists on the Site, to the extent allowed by applicable law. You remain responsible for ensuring that your use of any purchased account complies with the rules of the platform where you use it.

6. Goods and Services Sold by Sellers

In addition to inventory listed and sold directly by netherMFAs through the Site, certain digital goods and services — including accounts, "profiles", "coins", "exotics", items, and any other goods or services — may be offered by independent sellers ("Sellers"). Sellers may also acquire such digital goods from users or from other Sellers. These inventories are obtained through lawful means, such as purchasing accounts from users or by other lawful methods.

netherMFAs does not control the terms or policies of any external platform or game and does not guarantee that any such platform will recognize, permit, or support a transaction completed through a Seller.

6.1 — Where These Terms Apply

Where goods or services from a Seller are not purchased through the Site (mfa.cheap) — for example, where a transaction takes place inside the netherportal3 Discord server or on the netherportal3.com/shop website — these Terms govern that transaction, and the refund and replacement policy in Section 8.3 does not apply. Where the same goods or services are purchased through the Site (mfa.cheap), the refund and replacement policy in Section 8.3 applies in full.

6.2 — Purchaser Responsibilities

As a purchaser, you are responsible for the goods and services you acquire, including:

• Securing and storing any account credentials you receive.
• Handling any "coins" in accordance with the applicable guidelines.
• Handling any "profile" in accordance with the applicable guidelines.

6.3 — Ownership of Seller Goods

All goods and services offered by Sellers are provided from the relevant Seller's own inventory. By purchasing from a Seller, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your use of the goods or service remains subject to the rules and terms of the relevant game, platform, or service.
• Those platforms may change features, revoke access, or terminate accounts for any reason permitted under their own policies.
• Accounts may require up to 48 hours following the Time of Securing before they are considered fully secure. During this period, you are strongly advised not to transfer any items, currency, or progress onto the account. netherMFAs assumes no liability for any loss resulting from actions taken on the account after the point of sale, and you accept full responsibility for managing any associated risks.

6.4 — Pricing and Refunds for Off-Site Seller Sales

For transactions that are not completed through the Site, pricing may change at any time without prior notice, and you are responsible for any network or processing fees associated with sending or receiving payment. Such transactions are final once confirmed on the relevant payment network and are non-refundable, except where the individual Seller elects to offer a refund for a particular transaction. The refund and replacement policy in Section 8.3 applies only to purchases made through the Site.

7. Account Requirements and Restrictions

Accounts or items offered for sale on the Site may be subject to specific program requirements. These requirements can change over time and can include, for example:

• Status of bans or restrictions on certain platforms or servers, with separate categories or pricing where offered.
• Technical requirements such as multiplayer access being enabled for verification.
• Compliance with age related rules, including that accounts must not be designated as child accounts under platform policy.

netherMFAs may remove listings, adjust pricing, or decline to complete a sale for any account that does not meet program requirements or appears risky, in its sole discretion.

8. Payments, Pricing, and Refunds

8.1 — Methods of Payment

The Site supports payments through Stripe using the following methods, subject to regional availability and Stripe rules.

Cards and Wallets: Cards (all regions), Cartes Bancaires (France), Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Cash App Pay (United States), Google Pay, Link, MB WAY (Portugal), Samsung Pay (South Korea).

Bank and Local Payment Methods: Bancontact (Belgium), EPS (Austria), iDEAL (Netherlands).

Buy Now, Pay Later: Affirm (United States, Canada), Afterpay / Clearpay (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States), Klarna (Europe, United States), Zip (Australia, United States).

Crypto through Stripe: Bitcoin, Litecoin, and eligible stablecoins through Stripe in the United States.

Not every payment method is available in every country or for every purchase. Availability is determined by Stripe and by applicable law.

8.2 — Pricing and Fees

• All prices displayed on the Site are subject to change at any time.
• Transactions are considered final once confirmed on the relevant payment network, except where a verified error is found.
• You are responsible for any network fees or other costs associated with sending or receiving payments.

8.3 — Refunds, Replacements, Warranty, and Security Bans

Important Requirements:

• You must record your screen continuously from the moment you click "checkout" on the Site until the first time you log in to the purchased account in order to be eligible for any refund or replacement.
• The recording must clearly show the checkout process, any setup or securing steps, and the first login, without edits or gaps.
• A standard warranty period of forty eight hours applies once the account is considered "secured." For purposes of these Terms, an account is considered secured once you have successfully logged in on your own device and completed any required initial security steps.
• You are responsible for securing the account within twenty four hours of purchasing it. If you do not secure the account within this time, the account may be taken back or reassigned, and you may lose eligibility for refund or replacement.

For security bans: You are required to use an approved static residential proxy in order to be considered for a refund related to a security ban. The currently approved providers are:

• Webshare's static residential proxies specifically (not Webshare's rotating, datacenter, or any other proxy type).
• LiquidProxy's Residential Proxy plan, which is also accepted for accounts used on Minecraft version 1.21 and newer.

If you do not use an approved proxy as described above, netherMFAs is not responsible for security bans that result from your connection choices or behavior.

You are strongly encouraged to read the proxy guide before using purchased accounts, which can be found in the knowledge base section of this website.

9. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Site to:

• Engage in fraud, chargeback abuse, or other deceptive practices.
• Launder money or violate sanctions, anti money laundering rules, or other financial regulations.
• Misrepresent your identity or payment information.
• Circumvent security, verification, or risk controls used by netherMFAs or its payment processors.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure.
• Violate any applicable law or the terms of any third party platform.

10. Content, Branding, and Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, text, graphics, and design elements, is owned by netherMFAs or its licensors, except for content that users submit.

You may use the Site and its content only for personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site or its content without prior written consent.

11. Third Party Services

The Site may link to or rely on third party services, such as game platforms, payment processors, or communication channels.

netherMFAs is not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of third party services, or for any actions those providers take, including bans, suspensions, or account closures.

12. Disclaimers

The Site and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, netherMFAs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, netherMFAs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Site or services.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, the total aggregate liability of netherMFAs to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Site will be limited to the greater of: the total fees you paid to netherMFAs for use of the Site during the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or the equivalent of one hundred United States dollars in value.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless netherMFAs and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third party rights.

15. Termination and Suspension

netherMFAs may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, or remove any listings or content, at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms.

16. Changes to These Terms

netherMFAs may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, reasonable efforts will be made to provide notice, such as an updated date or a notice on the Site.
